haiz, wat should i do?

Yesterdae was doing nitez shift, n i was in e ops room doing nth at all, n i sitted dere quietly alone thinking of something else while my frend was doing their stuff. but me myself is reali feeling down n sad n didn't noe wat to do at all.while i patrol with my frend i oso talk less to him. finish patrol we went back to ops room coz it was a heavy rain. after 5am we go down to sentry to continues our duty till morning. n we go go back home liao.
